This allows us to reduce waste and deliver fresh gear straight to your door. Because of this, our return policy is designed to reflect the fulfillment process while still giving you a smooth experience.

Returns Due to Issues or Errors

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or there is an error regarding your desired purchase— no stress. We’ll make it right. Just contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with:

• A photo of the issue
  
• Your order number
  
• A brief description of the problem
  

We’ll replace or refund the item at no cost to you if the error was on our end. All refunds are issued back to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to return to the original payment method.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues

Sometimes, orders are returned due to:

• An undeliverable address
  
• The package being unclaimed at customs
  
• The customer refusing delivery
  

In these cases, the product will be sent back to our fulfillment facility and held for up to 14 days. If you’d like the item reshipped, you’ll need to:

• Confirm the correct shipping address
  
• Cover the new shipping cost
  

Sizing & Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for items that are defective or damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@setsnsweats.com with photos of the item and a description of the issue, and we will guide you through the exchange process. We will gladly provide a replacement at no cost or a refund once we confirm the issue.

Because each item is printed just for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse. However, if you’d like to reorder in a different size, you’re welcome to place a new order at your expense.
